Registration fee: there is no registration fee. Participants are requested to cover their own travel and accommodation costs. Further financial support is available upon application, see below.

Poster session: as part of the application process, it is possible to apply to present a poster by providing a title and abstract.

Application deadlines:

• General application deadline: July 26

• Deadline for applications with financial support: June 28

• Deadline for poster applications: June 28

Applicants who are not requesting financial support will be notified shortly after their application (typically, within a week of receipt of the application). Applicants who request financial support will be informed shortly after June 28, as all those applications are evaluated together. Invitations will be issued by the COST portal. You will receive an email from noreply@cost.eu

You are requested to join the COST Action THEORY-CHALLENGES before applying. Note that this is a two-step process: first you need to create an account on the COST portal, then you need to apply to join the Action, as explained here.

Financial support: financial support consists of a daily allowance of 100 Euro/day for each day of attendance, and a partial allowance for travel days depending on departure and arrival times.
